Google's next phone may go the way of the iPhone.

It is expected that there will be two front-facing speakers on smartphone and they’ll be running on Android O (of course, after all its Google’s OS). Google has decided to nix remove 3.5mm headphone jack (seems like Google is following Apple’s strategy).
Further, Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will be coming with an Active Ege feature that will let you squeeze sides of a smartphone to activate certain features.
What is the different between both? The Google Pixel 2 will have a full-HD screen with a flat design, while the Pixel 2 XL will reportedly feature a quad-HD resolution and curved display. The report didn’t say how big the screens are, but earlier rumors have suggested 5 inches for the Pixel 2 and 6 inches for the Pixel 2 XL.
Beyond that, the larger version will have a bigger battery measuring 3,520mAh, compared to the 2,700mAh pack in the smaller model.
The smaller Pixel 2 is expected to start at $649, and the Pixel 2 XL could start at $849.
